Danger lockout tags are used to identify extreme situations. These are hazardous situations that can result in death or serious injury if not avoided. We offer danger lockout tags in materials ranging from 30 mil thick heat-sealed tags with a 2-part grommet to low-cost Eco-Tag made of recycled tear-proof plastic. Self-laminating danger lockout tags are also available.

Q. How many lockout safety tags are included in a Tags-on-a-Roll pack?

Our Tags-on-a-Roll lockout tags are available in packs of 100 and 250 tags. You may choose from blank tags, bilingual tags, tags with the same text on both sides, and tags with different text on both sides. These are available with and without fiber patches and can be written over with a pen, pencil, or marker.

Q. Are attachments provided with Safety Tags-on-a-Roll?

Our Safety Tags on a Roll come in a dispenser box without attachments such as wires or strings. These are available with and without fiber patches. You may order your preferred attachment during checkout or explore the options here.

Yes, we do. Our wide range of danger lockout tags includes both OSHA and ANSI designs. We also offer ANSI lockout tag templates that you may customize to match your preferences.

Our customization wizard makes creating custom lockout tags super easy. You may just choose one of the many available templates and simply follow the steps to create your custom tag. Q. Will I need a special marker to write on blank safety tags?

Not at all! Our water-resistant blank safety tags are receptive to pen and marker inks. While you may use a pen on tags with a white surface, we won’t recommend it for tags with a colored background. You may use a marker instead with these. Most of our lockout safety tags are easy to write on.

Q. Which are your more durable lockout safety tags?

We offer lockout safety tags in a variety of materials. While our 10 mil EcoTags are the most economical option and perfect for short-term use, you should go for our heavy-duty sealed 30 mil thick safety tags that are tearproof, waterproof, and digitally printed with UV-resistant inks to withstand fading.
