Sign is only partially effective as an instructional stimulus and needs red color for the final four words.

The carriers, even after submitting coequal instructions with the carriers, understand and exec ute only the words "Put Package in Box" and are not responsive to the words "Then Lock The Padlock". It might be helpful the direct their attention to the latter verbiage by printing only those specific words in an attention getting color like red.
